THE WORLD OF TODAY....
I am a Palestinian student of finance living in a country far away other than my own.
thanks to two of my lecturers, they instilled in me a habit to read the latest news in every aspect, be it financial, political, local, international, sports...etc.
before the age of 20, i cared about my country, and i really cared about the economy and the other world news, and i cared and cared.... but i never read the news, and i never really knew what was happening in the world around me. not even in the same country that i am living in. thanks to my lecturers, now i do.
i became a wiser man i like to say, to know about the world around, and it (world of today) saddens me. people don't understand others anymore. everybody is concerned only about himself.
and what on earth is going on in Pakistan, its almost a schedule, there are people dieing of car bombs, pipe bombs, suicide bombs almost every week!!!
and what on earth is going on in Somalia, poor people resorted to piracy due to poverty.
and what on earth is going on in the gulf of Mexico, DAMN you petrol company that dripping oil into the sea,
and what on earth is going on is going on in Tibet, i still haven't understood the full situation, but people are dieing, that for sure
and what on earth is going on in the bloody economy, bloody economic recovery is taking ages for it to actually recover the economy.
and what on earth is going on in the bloody economy AGAIN! bloody Dubai debt crisis, i hope its being taken care of properly, cuz it is still hasn't been settled yet!
and what on earth is going on with the bloody weather, its HOT as hell, bloody forefathers didn't take care of the environment.
and what on earth is going on with Islrael, well, dont get me started on Israel, it'll be a LOOONG list, but we will leave it at the stupid act of raid the flotilla aid, opening live fire on those who are defenseless!
and what on earth is going on with the bloody youth! ignorant!
see why it saddens me to the true colors of this world, believe it or not, all of this was taken from today's news ALONE, and i am still not done!
anybody else wana add more of the what on earth is going on's in the bloody world of today???
all we can hope of is for these concerned students will decide to want to change the world...
